In my work, I love to meet you in the depths—in those tender, hidden places where your soul is finally allowed to emerge. I hold space with tenderness, so that what has long been buried can breathe again. It is precisely in these raw, sacred layers that a break appears—a crack through which light can stream.
I don’t offer quick fixes. I walk alongside you in the undercurrent, listening to what needs to be felt, seen, and released—whether through Unshaming Process work, Spinal Attunement, shamanic ritual, or deep somatic presence. In all of this, I invite you to come home and get to know your own deeply rooted truth of body and mind.
This is not a journey of striving, but of remembering. A gentle return to wholeness. A space where you are fully carried, and where your inner wisdom leads the way.

In these sessions, I guide you through The Unshaming Way and Process Work. Together, we explore what is truly alive within you—beyond the layers of conditioning, protection, and shame that may have shaped your experience.
I work with both individuals and couples, creating a space where everything that comes up is welcome.
SOUL IMMERSION
In these sessions, we’ll explore together how your soul can come alive even more deeply—and how you can be your most authentic self in every area of your life. Before we begin, we’ll have an online introductory session to get to know each other and decide how long we’ll work together on this journey. Minimum of 6 sessions, for €1,000. ONLINE OR IN PERSON
