My work is like a beautiful blend of ancient wisdom and modern healing techniques. I draw inspiration from and am initiated into shamanism, the medicine wheel, and feel a deep connection to the wisdom of our ancestors and Mother Earth.

I am a tremendously curious and inquisitive geek and as such have taken many courses, such as NLP, Holistic Therapist, Reiki, Family Constellations, Master Healer Coach, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), Doula, Somatic Trauma-informed practitioner and Spinal Attunement.... the list goes on.

But more than just titles, I see myself as a LIFE Doula.

What does that mean? Somewhere between our conception, birth and death we live our lives. I support peri, pre and postnatal birth processes, as a birth doula but also definitely therema.

And just as a doula supports mothers in the birthing process, I am here to support you in the birth of your new self. I am your guide and help you release layers and discover the amazing person you really are. 

Peri, pre and postnatal consciousness forms a deep bed in my work. Since I see that the imprints we have been given in these stages determine the course of our life on earth.

The "womb" for me symbolizes where our life begins, in the womb of our mothers, and where life ends ... the "womb of the great mother" the womb of Mother Earth when we die we give our human body back to her. We return to the "Womb of the Rainbow Mother" or Spirit.
