What to Expect

The womb is much more than just a reproductive organ.

Across cultures, the womb has been seen as a source of creation, intuition, emotion, memory, and profound feminine wisdom. Yet many women have never been taught how to listen to their bodies, understand their cycles, or develop a conscious connection with their womb.

❋ Intentional Structure

Our modules are designed to support you as you deepen or develop the skills needed to become a Womben Somatic Practitioner— whether you're drawn to a single module or the full journey, every path is welcome.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a central part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. We aim to create a vibrant community guided by inspiration and co-creation.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by Jennifer Norton and Keren Cogan, who know how to create a safe space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with intention. Together, they bring over two decades of experience in women’s health, weaving their practice, knowledge, and wisdom into a deeply trauma-informed space.

❋ A Supportive Space

Comfort, safety, and respect are at the heart of what we offer, so you can feel free to be yourself and fully participate. We encourage you to trust your intuition and inner wisdom, using your boundaries and your body as your guide every step of the way.
